Allison D. White

Allison (“Alli”) D. White is an associate at Cowdery, Murphy & Healy, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Alli was a Senior Associate in the Government Enforcement and White-Collar practice group at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Her practice centered on defending and counseling public and private companies in federal and internal investigations. She also managed National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and U.S. Department of Justice investigations, enforcement inquiries, and Congressional oversight requests into systematic programs of foreign influence at U.S. academic and research institutions. In addition, Alli worked on a broad range of civil litigation matters, including in the areas of corporate governance, employment, and reinsurance. 

 

Alli graduated cum laude from the Boston University School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Alli worked for the Boston Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Denise J. Casper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Alli served as a Note Development Editor of the Boston University International Law Journal. Her note, which examined the legal implications of the use of the social media platform, Facebook, to influence the 2016 presidential election, was published in the Spring 2019 issue. Alli is a summa cum laude graduate of the College of the Holy Cross.

 

Alli is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
